Pat Dailey


Patrick R. Dailey, Ph.D. is a advisor and resource to Boards and senior leadership for the development of individual talent and high performing teams.

As a founder and partner of BoardQuest, LLC, Pat assists companies in designing policy,programs, and processes which enhance board culture and capability and translate into good corporate governance and long term shareholder value.
Dr. Dailey has held senior level human resources positions in Fortune 100 firms…all undergoing significant strategic and cultural change. Dr. Dailey has worked in the technology sector for Hewlett-Packard and Lucent Technologies; consumer products for PepsiCo and Herbalife; chemicals and pharmaceuticals UK-based The BOC Group; and consulting for Korn/Ferry International.

Pat is an author of numerous articles in leading publications in the U.S., and Europe on corporate governance, compensation and risk topics.

He serves on the Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors- Atlanta Chapter, and on the advisory board for Kennesaw State University’s Corporate Governance Center. Dr. Dailey serves on the faculty of the University of Georgia’s Directors College along with other corporate governance resources from across the United States.

He is an invited speaker on topics ranging from executive selection and development, coaching, board governance, board renewal, executive compensation, turnaround dynamics, risk management and succession planning.

He received a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, Texas, U.S.A.
